How to make printable cards

  1. Choose who it is for

Type one name, or paste a list of names — one card each. Leave it empty to write the name by hand.

  2. Write the message

Every card starts with a message you can keep or change, and a line for who it is from.

  3. Pick a style

Six styles in color, or black and white for children to color.

  4. Print and cut

Two cards print side by side on A4 or US Letter. Cut along the dashed line.

Print on card stock (160–250 gsm) for cards that stand up. A single card prints with a spare copy next to it.

Ideas for class cards

  • A card for every classmate: paste the class list so nobody is left out at birthdays, holidays or the last day of school.
  • Coloring cards: print in black and white and let children decorate their own before they write.
  • Add a little gift: slip a card into a paper blind bag, or give it with a certificate.
