How to get the fashion-magazine look
- Pick a confident cover photo. A portrait with a plain background (a wall, the sky) makes the masthead and cover lines pop. Their face should sit in the upper half.
- Write cover lines like an editor. Short, punchy and a little dramatic: “Exclusive: the truth about her famous playlist”, “Style icon of the year”.
- Keep the masthead short. A first name or nickname of 3–8 letters looks the most striking. Longer names shrink to fit.
- Use black-and-white photos inside. A few monochrome shots in the gallery look instantly editorial.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a Vogue birthday magazine template?
It is our own original fashion-magazine style, with a “birthday magazine cover” look — big serif masthead, full-width photo and dramatic cover lines. We don’t copy any real magazine’s name or logo, and Oolshak isn’t affiliated with any magazine. The masthead is simply their name.
Is the Glam template free?
Yes. Fill in every page and preview it without an account, then sign in with Google to download the print-ready PDF for free.
Can I use it for a man or a boy?
Of course — the black-and-white editorial style works for anyone. For a sportier look, try Sports.
Can I change the colors?
The Glam palette is fixed so text stays readable in print. Switch to another style any time — your words and photos stay.
How do I print it like a real magazine?
Download the booklet PDF, print it double-sided on A4 or Letter, fold and staple the middle. Our printing guide has the exact settings.
